With immediate effect our account with CTD is on stop and we can no longer get supply of any product.

Landscaping (porcelain paving)

  • Please check current stock already available in the network at other branches as a first option.
  • Minster Black and Burlington will be available from W/C 20th May from Verona Stone, see contact details below.
  • Offer customer an alternative product from Talasey (NATU018), Verona Stone (VERO002) or Global Stone (GLOB044)
  • Fixed displays – We still have a large amount of stock within the network, access to some of the ranges, and access to alternatives that would be a close match so please don’t do anything to change these in the short term.

We don’t have funding available for any changes made without authorisation from the category team.

FAQ

We have a customer order going out direct to site tomorrow, will this still be delivered?

No, unfortunately not and with no exceptions.

My stock order was due to be delivered this week, when can I expect this delivery to arrive?

No orders will be processed for delivery by the supplier at this time.

I’m awaiting goods to be collected by CTD on a Return to Supplier, will they still collect the goods and provide the credit?

No

I have a PIM match/supplier invoice query outstanding, and we are owed a credit, when will I receive my credit?

As it stands this will not be resolved, if anything changes we will update this comms accordingly.

My customer needs more product to complete their project, how do I order more?

Unfortunately, you will need to look to other branches within the business for stock, please be carefully regarding batch numbers corresponding but you would have needed to be mindful of this with new stock from the supplier anyway.

I’ve just ordered a number of samples to show my customers will these still arrive?

No and if you have any outstanding quotations, it would be advisable to attempt to requote with product from an alternative supplier as per the above
