The new Jewson logo, first unveiled at Jewson live on Tour at the Birmingham NEC on 26 April, has been seen racing around the track at Donnington Park.

Jewson is one of the sponsors of Leicestershire-based professional racing driver Stephen Jelley.

Our new company logo was on display on is car as he competed at the Porsche Carrera Cup GB for the first race of the 2024 season, which took place at Donnington over the weekend of 27-28 April.

Sadly, Stephen’s car was involved in a mid-race collision on the day but fortunately, he walked away completely unscathed.

“It was great to be back on the track at Donnington Park for the first round of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB as part of Team Parker Racing,” he said following the race.

“It’s one of my favourite tracks and it was a tough race, and while the result didn’t quite go our way, the car felt great, and my track team continues to do a great job.

“To have Jewson in my corner and with their awesome new logo on my car is great, and to know that I have fans in branches across the country cheering me on this season is a real honour.”

STARK UK Chief Commercial Officer Mark Esling paid tribute to the driver, adding the partnership was a great opportunity for the business:

“To have the opportunity to sponsor a great sportsman like Stephen is a real honour, we like to think his dedication and commitment to his work is reflected in the brilliance of our Jewson colleagues at branches across the country.

“It’s great to see the new logo emblazed on his car as well, it’s just a shame Anton – our stone age tradesman – couldn’t help out on the day!”
