Paignton customer scoops the Did We Nail It? Prize


The Southwest have bagged another customer winner in the Did We Nail It? feedback monthly prize draw.

One of our prized customers from the English Riviera seaside town of Paignton has won the monthly prize draw (February) after leaving feedback about the Devon branch. 

 Paul Ward (pictured with his BM Jeff Smith) picked up a £250 Love2Shop voucher after sharing his thoughts about the support we give him and his business.

Other simple ways of getting more feedback include highlighting the website URL when handing over customer paperwork, or by passing the customer a DWNI? invite card when they come into branch, or with their delivery.  

 It’s not just about getting brilliant feedback for your branch; it’s about helping us improve our service for all our customers whether they’re lapping up the summer sunshine on the Devon coast or battling the northerly breeze in the Scottish northeast.
