Being able to offer a broad range of sustainable products is a key focus across all the STARK Building Materials UK brands so it was great to see the Highline Homes project come to life in Glasgow.
Working in partnership with Jewson, International Timber recently collaborated with Highline Homes to create a development consisting of six residential units, built within a conservation area of Glasgow.
The project on Queens Drive Lane features a stunning modern design, with a combination of both contemporary brick & timber cladding. Crucially for this build, the timber needed to complement the surrounding woodland and deliver a durable finish – something International Timber was able to deliver.
This build was also unique as all materials used in the construction had to be approved by the local authorities and meet sustainable credentials.
