Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) has secured a five-year contract worth £12.5 million with
Believe Housing, one of the largest housing associations in the North East.
Having worked together since 2018, the two organisations will continue to support thousands of
residents in receiving better housing services, homes, and communities.

As part of the contract, JPS will launch a second managed store for Believe Housing in Seaham,
Durham, acting as an extension to its existing managed store in Croxdale. The stores provide
operatives from Believe Housing with access to JPS’ hand-selected range of products that are
identified as key to housing associations’ building and maintenance requirements.

JPS has also provided Believe Housing with access to Avail, its automated replenishment
technology which ensures stock levels are always maintained and materials can be accessed by
customers out of hours.

Scott Cooper, Managing Director of JPS, said: “Our relationship with Believe Housing goes back
many years, and to be moving forward together with a second managed store and a wealth of
additional services is testament to the strength of that partnership.

“Believe Housing has some very specific objectives in terms of what they want to offer to their
residents, the local community and also to their teams – the people on the ground who work hard
to make sure the company’s properties are of the highest possible standard. What we have in
place for the next five years will help them achieve that, ensuring Believe Housing maintains its
position as a well-respected, supportive, and conscientious housing provider.”
